When will my order ship?
Orders in stock are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. For orders in excess of current stock, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to go out.
What shipping methods do you use?
Most order ship Fedex 1,2 and 3-day ground. Sometimes we use USPS Priority

Almost everywhere.
When will I know if my order has shipped?
A shipping confirmation and tracking number is sent when your shipping label is printed. Please allow up to 24 hours for this information to update.
What if my tracking number doesn’t work?
Send us an email and we will be happy to check it out and resend if necessary.
What if my order is a radically custom thing?
No worries! When you place an order for any custom thing, we will arrange shipping on an individual basis and include that in the price up front. We have accounts with freight lines, Fedex, USPS, UPS and DHL. We can get your radical thing where it needs to go.
